Making a reservation you are accepting the accommodations as described on this site and rental conditions detailed on each page. The owner reserves to himself the right to change the rates anytime and is only committed by the rates agreed at the time of reservation.

For a firm, confirmed reservation the tenant has to pay a non-refundable 30% security deposit of the total rental price. The reservation can be cancelled, but the non-refundable deposit is forfeited. Depending on availability , the dates of stay can be changed, within a period of one year.
